I bought this computer online refurbished and there was broken out of the box. He keeps cycling on and off. The screen goes black, but suddenly the keypad lights stay on. I hold the power button to reset it. Other times it just randomly decides to start over. Unbelievable and incredibly frustrating and disappointing. What's more frightening is that I have the video does not after a shower and you can see my reflection half-naked on the screen … very embarrassing.
